Kasteel’s commercial expertise provides a unique home building experience for our residential clients. Each home is supervised by a professional Superintendent to oversee the work and ensure the home is built with the highest quality and at a fast pace. Weekly scheduled job-site meetings with the client keeps the progress and any modifications identified and transparent as well as being a good time to review upcoming decisions. Kasteel includes a detailed copy of the bid for each client so they understand exactly what they pay for and what is included. Additionally, this estimate is included as part of the contract between the client and Kasteel.
